Our R Model house is 90 m² and can be dimensioned according to the project. We use spruce wood in the carrier poles of our houses. Spruce is used in sail masts of ships. We clamp and press our poles with a special glue. With this process, the laminated pole is equivalent to 30'cc concrete. Spruce trees easily adapt to both hot and cold environments and become much more advantageous than other tree species. We process the spruce tree we bought from Europe in our facilities and make it a carrier. Due to its light structure, spruce wood has been tested for resistance against earthquakes. Thanks to its recyclability, once disassembled, it can be used elsewhere without waste. By making low carbon emission in production, the humidity rate is minimized. This is our feature that distinguishes us from other woods. We use clamped metal on our roofs. ** Our price includes kitchen cabinets, wet floor of the bathroom, heat bridge windows and installation/plumbing. There is no infestation on our trees, no restoration is required. It is earthquake resistant. ** Foundation, patio and fireplace are optional.
